MjM Studios is dedicated to protecting the privacy of our schools, students and clients. Any personal information provided to us by schools and school districts are used internally to produce service items for the schools. We will not share this information with a third party for marketing purposes. Any personal information provided to MjM is limited to the viewing of MjM Studios' employees, the school or school district, or third parties we use on a contractual basis. The information provided to third parties (for uses such as processing credit cards and ordering) is done only for the specific purpose of the contract and is not used for any marketing purposes.
The personal information we collect is only done to the extent necessary to provide our services to you. This includes the information you provide when you place an order online, by telephone of through the school. All credit card information is protected and viewed only by the necessary staff to complete your order and payment.
Our photographers are screened and have thorough criminal background checks to ensure the safety of all students that we photograph.
MjM Studios is willing to sign a privacy agreement with any school or school district that deems it necessary.
