• To receive your family's complimentary 8x10 portrait, return your order to us by the due date. The due date is stamped at the top of your order form.

• You do not need to return your proofs with your order unless you've requested enhanced retouching.
  

• To order additional prints, you will find enclosed a price sheet outlining package and unit prices

1. On the top left hand corner of each proof is a Photo ID #. Write the Photo ID number on the order form under the first column, titled "Photo ID Number."


2. Write the sheet letter & size under the column "Sheet Letter." Each sheet with multiple prints must be of the same pose.


3. In the description area, write a brief description about the photo.

     Example: Family of 4 - blue background


4. Note the prices on your price sheet and enter this under "Unit Price".


5. Write yes or no to indicate whether or not you would like your photo printed in Black & White.


6. Add your total in the final column.
